Colin Cowherd Spills Archetypes Ss 2 Ceased Abruptly As 28 Employees Quit Because Of Meg-The-Bully

Colin Cowherd recently revealed that the second season of his podcast series, Archetypes, was abruptly canceled after 28 employees quit due to bullying by a senior executive at The Volume, Cowherd's podcast network.

Cowherd said that the executive, whom he referred to as "Meg," was a "bully" who created a toxic work environment. He said that Meg would regularly berate and belittle employees, and that she created a climate of fear and intimidation.

Cowherd said that he tried to address the issue with Meg, but that she refused to change her behavior. He said that he eventually had no choice but to fire her.

The cancellation of Archetypes is a major setback for The Volume. The podcast series was one of the network's most popular shows, and it had been nominated for a Podcast of the Year award.

The bullying allegations against Meg are also a major black eye for The Volume. Cowherd has built a reputation as a straight-shooter, and his decision to speak out against Meg shows that he is not afraid to hold people accountable.

It remains to be seen what will happen to The Volume in the wake of these allegations. Cowherd has said that he is committed to creating a positive work environment for his employees, and he has vowed to make sure that something like this never happens again.
