Tracy Ryerson Quit Her Job In Archewell In Couple Of Days & Exposed Meg S3x Discrimination Behaviour

Tracy Ryerson, a former employee of Archewell, the nonprofit organization founded by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, claimed that she quit her job after just two days because she was subjected to "sexist" and "racist" behavior by the Duchess of Sussex.

Ryerson, who worked as a communications specialist at Archewell, said that she was "shocked" by Markle's behavior, which she described as "unprofessional" and "disrespectful.

" She alleged that Markle made "inappropriate comments" about her appearance and that she was once asked to "tone down" her personality because it was "too strong."

Ryerson also claimed that Markle was "obsessed" with her royal status and that she would often make references to her "superiority" over other employees. She said that this created a "toxic" work environment and that she felt like she was being "bullied."

In a statement to The Sun, Ryerson said that she "quit Archewell because I could no longer work for an organization that was so clearly sexist and racist." She added that she was "disappointed" by Markle's behavior and that she felt "betrayed" by the Duchess.

Markle's representatives have denied Ryerson's allegations, calling them "false and defamatory." They said that Ryerson was "terminated from her position" for performance reasons and that her claims of "sexist and racist behavior" are "simply not true."

The allegations against Markle come at a time when she is facing increasing scrutiny over her behavior. In recent months, she has been accused of being "difficult to work with" and of having unrealistic expectations. She has also been criticized for her decision to step back from royal duties and her public criticism of the royal family.

It is unclear whether the allegations against Markle will have a lasting impact on her career. However, they are certainly a setback for the Duchess, who has been trying to build a positive public image for herself in recent years.
