Princess Anne Leads Trooping The Colour Rehearsal & Assures Sussexes Totally Blocked From The Event

Princess Anne led a rehearsal for the Trooping the Color parade on Friday, June 10, 2023. The parade is a traditional military ceremony that marks the Queen's official birthday. This year, the parade will be held on June 2, 2023, to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, her 70th year on the throne.

Anne, who is the Princess Royal and a colonel in the Blues and Royals, rode horseback during the rehearsal. She was joined by her brothers, Prince Charles and Prince Andrew, and her nephew, Prince William. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, did not participate in the rehearsal.

The Sussexes have been stripped of their royal titles and patronages, and they are no longer considered working members of the royal family. As a result, they will not be invited to participate in Trooping the Color or other major royal events.

The decision to exclude the Sussexes from Trooping the Color has been met with mixed reactions. Some people believe that it is unfair to punish the Sussexes for their decision to step back from royal duties. Others believe that it is important to maintain the integrity of the royal family and that the Sussexes' actions have damaged the institution.

Regardless of one's opinion on the matter, it is clear that Princess Anne will be taking center stage at Trooping the Color this year. She is a respected member of the royal family and she is sure to put on a good show.
